How do I contact Love Mobile?

All the ways to reach Love Mobile support: chat, phone, and email, plus what to have ready so we can help you faster.

We are here to help. Reach us whichever way is easiest for you.

Ways to reach us

  • Chat. Use the messenger on this page or at getlovemobile.com. Fastest for most questions. Chat is answered first by our AI assistant. For account actions, like a new eSIM code or a number change, ask for the team and a teammate will take over and confirm when it is done.

  • Phone. Call 1-888-271-5683, which spells 1-888-271-LOVE.

  • Email. Write to [email protected].

  • Contact page. Visit getlovemobile.com/contact.

Some things are handled by our team

A few requests are completed by our team on the backend rather than in your account, and a teammate will always reply to confirm when one is done. Email [email protected] for:

  • Regenerating or resending an eSIM QR code, for example when you switch phones, an install fails, or the activation email never arrived

  • Changing your phone number on an existing line

  • Transferring a number in after your line is already active

See Can I change my Love Mobile phone number? and Where's my eSIM QR code? for what to include.

What to have ready

You will get a faster answer if you include:

  • Your Love Mobile phone number or order number

  • Your phone make and model

  • Your ZIP code

  • What is happening, and what you have already tried

Before you reach out

Some things are quicker to handle yourself:

  • Signal or service trouble? See No signal or service issues? Try this first. A restart fixes most cases.

  • Need your eSIM QR code? See Where's my eSIM QR code?

  • Want to change your plan or update your card? Go to Manage My Account.
