Before you start
Complete checkout and have your Love Mobile activation email ready.
Connect to Wi-Fi.
Keep your phone charged or plugged in.
It helps to open the activation email on a second screen, like a computer or tablet, so you can scan the QR code with your phone.
Step 1: Open Settings
Tap Settings on your iPhone home screen.
Step 2: Tap Cellular
Scroll down and tap Cellular, then tap Add eSIM.
Step 3: Choose your setup method
Use QR Code. Scan the QR code from your Love Mobile activation email. This is the easiest option.
Enter Details Manually. Type in the activation code we provided.
Step 4: Follow the prompts
Your iPhone downloads and installs your Love Mobile eSIM. This usually takes 30 to 60 seconds.
Step 5: Set Love Mobile as your primary line
Go to Settings, then Cellular, and:
Set Love Mobile as your Default Line for calls and texts
Set Love Mobile as your Cellular Data line
Turn off or remove your old line
If you are keeping another carrier on a second line, leave that line on and just choose which one handles calls, texts, and data.
Step 6: Restart and test
Restart your phone so the network registers your line, then make a call or send a text to confirm everything works.
Supported iPhones
Love Mobile eSIM works on iPhone XS and newer, including all iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, and 17 models, iPhone Air, and iPhone SE 2nd generation and newer.
iPhone 14 and newer purchased in the US have no physical SIM tray. They are eSIM only.
Trouble scanning?
An eSIM QR code can typically only be used once. If it will not scan or you see an error, do not retry repeatedly. Contact us and we will issue a fresh code or walk you through manual entry.
