Step one: pick the level
LoveGuard Kids. A first phone. Social media, games, and mature content stay off entirely.
LoveGuard Teens. Social media, chat, email, and games stay open. Adult and illegal content stays blocked.
LoveGuard Young Adults. Open browsing with a security layer. Blocks phishing, malware, explicit material, and illegal content.
If you are between two, start more protective. Moving up later is easy.
Step two: pick the data
Data only counts when the phone is off WiFi. A kid on school WiFi and home WiFi uses far less than you would expect.
1 GB. On WiFi most of the day. Calls, texts, maps, light browsing.
5 GB. Everyday use away from WiFi. Music, messaging, some video.
10 GB. Regular streaming off WiFi, or steady hotspot use.
22 GB. Heavy daily use, or no reliable WiFi at home.
30 GB. The phone is their main internet connection.
